About Me

In addition to being a doctoral student at the University of Central Florida, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Qualified Supervisor with over eight years of experience in the field. I have worked with clients and families with various presenting concerns.

My counseling style is warm and strengths-based, emphasizing dignity and respect. I believe clients/couples/families are the experts of their own lives, and it is my job to help them fine-tune those expert skills to help make the changes needed to live their most authentic lives. As a dedicated clinician, traces of these sentiments can be found in my teaching and supervision practices. To learn more please view the appropriate tabs for more details.
